This course is held over four days or two weekends and comprises learning the ancient art of Head Massage as practised in India for thousands of years.

It involves powerful techniques which have many benefits, including relieving headaches and migraines, alleviating stress and encouraging healthy hair growth.

The student is taught to explore the energy pathways through the body and the interaction within energy centres.
